capsolv provides an API that accepts captcha challenges and returns solutions. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe or violate the rights of others; or (c) attempt to bypass, interfere with, or defeat any security, rate-limiting, or anti-abuse control of any website you do not own or operate.
Usage is charged on a pay-per-solve basis in USD. All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. We may adjust pricing or introduce new tiers with notice. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for all charges incurred under your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, capsolv and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
